If you are looking for a full-body exercise class focusing on balance and pelvic floor, join me for one-off
Strength & Balance Class on Friday,9th June.
You don’t have to lie on a mat. All exercises are done standing or sitting.
After that, the class will run on Mondays at 11 am
The next 6-week course will commence on June 12th and run until July 17th.
