HITT Pilates Class in a Park

This class consists of intense bursts of exercises followed by pilates exercises.
This workout can help to improve your cardiovascular fitness, boost metabolism,
realign and strengthen your whole body.
​
Bring your baby along, also older children who can sit still are also welcome. :)
Please bring a yoga mat.
People with pre-existing conditions should contact their doctor before commencing HIIT exercises.
